Six hours in a room with twelve people and a trainer who watches you work. You run the drills, get them wrong, get corrected by name, and run them again until they hold. That is the whole day.
Frisco, Texas. No theory-only. No recording to watch later. Just the reps, and someone who can see what you are actually doing rather than what you think you are doing.
Six hours · Lunch included ·
Why a Day
You can learn what anchoring is in about four minutes. Most people do, and then nothing changes, because knowing the definition of a skill has never once produced the skill.
What produces it is doing the thing badly in front of someone who can see exactly why, fixing it, and doing it again. That takes reps. Reps take a room, a partner, and hours.
This was never an information problem.
That is why this is a day and not a download. Nothing taught here is exotic, and none of it is a secret. It is the same material the books cover, drilled until it holds when your heart rate is up, which is the only condition that has ever mattered.
The Day
Roughly. The room bends the schedule, because the work follows what is actually in the room.
Reading people accurately before you try to influence them. You will pair up and find out how much you have been missing, which is usually a lot. This is the foundation everything else sits on.
Anchoring, drilled properly. Not the concept. The rep. You will set anchors, fire them, watch them fail, and find out why. Then you will do it until they hold.
Included. The conversations over lunch are frequently where things land, so it is part of the day rather than a break from it.
Precision in how you ask, frame, and respond. Live drills with immediate correction, because the gap between what you meant and what they heard is where most leadership fails.
Applied to a real situation you are actually in. Bring one. A stuck negotiation, a difficult report, a conversation you have been avoiding. This is the block people remember.
What you are taking, where you will use it, and what will get in the way. You leave with the specifics, not a feeling.
Twelve people means you get corrected by name. That is the whole reason for the cap, and it is why the room does not get bigger.
Fit
You have read about this, maybe taken a course, and still do not reach for it when it counts
You lead people, sell, negotiate, or coach, and the gap between knowing and doing is costing you
You would rather practice badly in a room of twelve than read one more book about it
You can give up a Saturday and be in Frisco for six hours
You want to be corrected, not validated
You want theory, a certificate, or a recording. There are none. This is six hours of drilling in front of other people, and if that sounds unpleasant rather than useful, it will be unpleasant rather than useful.

No tiers. No upsell in the room. Nothing held back for a bigger package.
Not ready to give up a Saturday? The $9 Wednesday workshop is an hour on Zoom and the cheapest way to see how I train before you commit to a day. It is not a prerequisite. Plenty of people skip it and come straight here.

I spent 25 years as a Unix Systems Engineer in Fortune 500 companies before founding León Coaching Group in 2015. I have spent over 30 years studying human behavior and transformation, and I train NLP because it is the most practical body of work I have found for closing the gap between what people know and what they actually do under pressure.
This day is small on purpose. Twelve people is the largest room where I can still watch every person work and correct them by name.
Questions
No. The Wednesday workshop is an easy way to see how I train before you spend $297 and a Saturday, but it is not a prerequisite. If you already know you want the day, book the day.
No. Everything gets taught before it gets drilled. The day assumes no background, only that you are willing to practice in front of other people.
This day gives you tools you can use Monday. The 2-day is the foundational practitioner curriculum and goes considerably deeper. Most people do this first. Dates for the 2-day are announced to attendees.
No. You cannot record a drill and get the drill. The value is the correction you get in the moment, and there is no version of that to watch later.
Something to write with, and one real situation you are stuck in. A negotiation, a difficult conversation, a person you cannot reach. The afternoon works better when the material is yours.
Because past twelve I stop being able to watch everyone work, and watching you work is the thing you are paying for. A room of forty would be a lecture.
Frisco, TX. The exact address and parking details go out on registration and again the week before.
Email me and we will move you to the next date. The room is twelve people, so the earlier you tell me, the better it is for everyone waiting.
Nothing on this page is information you cannot get elsewhere. What you cannot get elsewhere is someone watching you do it wrong and telling you exactly why.
